Directions

1. Apply liberally to all exposed skin 15-30 minutes before sun exposure. 2. Reapply at least every 2 hours. 3. Reapply immediately after swimming, sweating, or towel drying. 4. Use a water-resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
